[About The Guide]
A A = enter answer mode.
You would not put this in your modem init string or you
would never be able to make outgoing calls. You would
not even put it another string called the auto-answer
string that Telix would send whenever you want to start
accepting incoming calls. By typing ATA you cause your
modem to immediately answer the phone. You might use
this feature if someone had dialed you with a voice
call. He would type ATO0 at his computer to make his
modem start talking. You would type ATA at your
computer to make your modem start listening.
